Due to being deemed an essential service, we have made our reservations available almost 24/7 over the past 2 years, shared mostly between two staff.
For the foreseeable future, our reservations team will be unavailable from 5:00pm Friday – 8:00am Monday.
Due to the nature of being a passenger transport business, we will continue to periodically check emails and voicemail during this time and reply to anything of priority (cancellations, essential travel, booking modifications and urgent enquiries). All non-urgent enquiries will be our priority first thing on a Monday.
Our online booking platform will be available at all times, with bookings able to be made up to two hours prior to travel (subject to availability). To secure your travel, we recommend booking at least 3 days in advance to ensure we will have availability.
We know the new changes to office hours may cause some inconvenience in the immediate instance, but we are confident we will be able to continue to provide all passengers with the great service we are known for.
If you have not heard from your driver by the estimated route start time, please do not hesitate to contact us as this is deemed to be urgent.
