At Catch a Bus South, we understand that plans can change. To help us continue providing reliable transport and tour services, the following cancellation terms apply:

Cancellations

• All cancellations incur a $10 administration fee per person.

• To receive a refund (less the administration fee), cancellations must be provided in writing via email during office hours at least 48 hours prior to your scheduled departure time.

• No refunds will be issued for cancellations made within 48 hours of travel.

• Your fare may be eligible to be held in credit for up to 12 months if you are likely to travel again in the future.
  

Tours, Charters & Special Bookings

Tours, private charters, and other special bookings charged at full fare rates will incur a 10% cancellation fee at all times. These bookings are non-refundable within 48 hours of travel.

Promotional & Discounted Fares

Bookings made using promotional pricing, discounted fares, or special offers are strictly non-refundable. The only exception applies where Government-imposed travel restrictions prevent travel from proceeding (including Covid-related lockdown restrictions).
