What time will you pick me up?

The times stated in your booking confirmation are our best estimate and vary due to traffic, weather, and other unforeseeable road conditions. The time on your confirmation email is the time we ask you to be ready, but your driver will contact you directly, to let you know what time they expect to reach you, in advance with enough warning to be ready.

Where will you pick me up from?

We will park in the nearest safe, legal pick-up zone. We cannot park in Taxi stands or Public Bus Stops. In most areas, we can pick you up from right outside your home or accommodation, but in CBD’s we may need to direct you to our nearest safe space.

You can reach us anytime via our contact page or email. We aim to respond quickly—usually within one business day.
Your driver may be held up in traffic. They will always update you before beginning pick-ups. If you are concerned, give us a call and we can let you know our best estimate. We cannot give you your drivers’ contact details due to the privacy act.
Yes - provided you pre-book your bike we can assist with bike transport. We have bike carriers and bike trailers, but if we only have one or two bikes we can fit them in the rear cargo hold. E-Bikes need to be pre-declared as these do not fit in the cargo hold.
