What is your baggage policy?

We allow 1 suitcases-size item up to 23kg and one school-bag size item up to 10kg. This luggage is included in your fare. Any additional items will have an extra fee. 

We ask that you please do not use plastic or paper bags as your means of carrying your item. These items are unsuitable for storing items on our vehicles.

Please let your driver know if you require assistance with your baggage. 

Strollers, carseat, portacots...

Strollers, car-seats and portable cots travel for free when you book an infant but only if we are aware of these items. Please pre-book these so that we can ensure there will be space on the vehicle.

Sports equipment (incl. bikes)

Are $10 extra, when booked with a child, student, senior or adult, or $23 when booked unaccompanied. They must be securely storage in an item-appropriate way.

Alcohol

Is not permitted at any time on board, although may be carried in your "checked" bag (suitcase) at your own risk. We take no responsibility for broken luggage or personal items.

Cigarettes, vapes, and similar

Are not allowed in the cabin at any time. We take regular breaks throughout the journey for your convenience.

Sharp objects

Must be securely packed in your stowed bag (suit case), and not on your person at any time throughout the journey.
