- Bookings will only be confirmed upon payment.
- You can pay by credit card, debit card or bank transfer.
- We no longer accept cash payment.
- Additional luggage, bikes, freight can be booked for a set fee.
- We can carry unaccompanied children who are 5 years or older. T&Cs apply.
- You may cancel/amend any booking on our standard runs up to 48 hours prior to travel. A $10 cancellation fee applies per person.
Booking Payments & Confirmation
Payment
Bookings can only be confirmed with payment. You can pay with your credit card or debit card online. Alternatively, payment by direct deposit is also available but you’ll need to call us to request this.
Booking Confirmation will be sent to if a valid email is supplied. Although you may receive your booking details prior to payment being received, your booking is not confirmed until it is paid in full.
Due to law requirements of driver work time, there are times when it is legally necessary to delay our service. If you have an appointment that require you to arrive at a set time, it is mandatory that you note this in the comments section when making your booking.
We prioritize passengers with notified time constraint requirements where possible to ensure you get where you where you need to be on time.
We will text you on the day of travel to update you of your departure time, and we may text or phone you if you are not at your designated pick up address when we arrive to collect you.
Please allow up to 45 minutes for pickups, but be prepared for our arrival as at the designated time. If after two phone call attempts we cannot reach you, you will be classed as a no show, and no refund or exchange will be offered.
All pick up addresses must be within centrally located areas of town and cities. Additional fees occur for addresses located outside of these areas.

Much like airlines, we allow 1 “carry on” (up to the size of a school bag), and a suitcase up to 23kg. You can keep your day bag on you, but your suitcase will need to go in the back.

We require a parent or caregiver name and phone number for the origin and destination. Event Runs
We sometimes put on event runs. To confirm your seat(s), we require payment up front.
You have a 24 hour grace period where we will allow refunds for change of mind if booking at least 3 days in advance, but after this period we will no longer offer any refund. You will incur a 100% cancellation fee.

Private Charters
Private Charters must be pre-booked. We recommend allowing 2 weeks in advance to get the best experience we can offer, although we are open to accepting private charter bookings within a shorter time frame if necessary.
All private charters are refundable up to 1 month prior to travel. We offer an 80% refund. Cancellations within 1 month of travel date are fully non refundable, to cover costs we may incur for the planning of the service. We will offer a 24 hour grace period for change of mind between 1 month and 1 week prior to travel, where we can offer a 100% refund.
