If you do not see your area above, please feel free to contact us - we are usually able to offer flexibility in our pick up and drop off locations subject to our capabilities. This includes but is not limited to Manapouri, Tuatapere and Riverton.

HOW WE OPERATE OUR TIMETABLE

Our timetable is based on approximate driving times, and can vary depending on weather, traffic and other unforeseen circumstances. This timetable is a rough estimate, and can vary by up to an hour, contact us on the day if you are concerned about the whereabouts of our shuttles (for example, if you're meeting us along the way).

We usually begin any pick ups in Te Anau at 1:00pm, ready to depart Kiwi Country in Te Anau at 1:30pm on a usual day. Check your booking confirmation in case we are departing at a different time on your date of travel.

We usually allow about 30 minutes on an average day to complete pick ups and depart, however this can vary. In the height of summer it can take up to a hour if passengers aren't ready and waiting.

If you are planning on being picked up in a town other than Te Anau, we will send you a message when we are departing Te Anau with an approximate pick up time. We recommend being ready 15 minutes prior to this, but not necessarily expecting us at this time. If we are significantly delayed, we will update you. We will then let you know when we are just a few minutes away.

We are generally arriving in Invercargill between 3:30pm - 3:45pm. This is subject to us departing at 1:30pm, and assumes we do not make any off-route stops.

If you are travelling for a meeting, appointment, or connecting to continuing travel, it is imperative you let us know prior to the day of travel so that we can plan for this.

We do our best to ensure passengers are aware of any off-route stops or possible delays prior to the day of travel.

FIND THE RIGHT FARE FOR YOU

We offer different prices based on your age and your pick up and drop off locations.

If you require pick up or drop off from a town on our usual route, you'll find your travel will be slightly cheaper. On the other hand, if you require pick up or drop off from a location that is slightly further than we would usually go, we may charge a small fee.

The best way to find your fare is to go through our online booking system, or give us a call. When using our online booking tool, you'll be able to see the price before committing to your booking - you can close the tool at any time.

ADULTS

We offer very reasonable rates for travelling door to door - no need for taxi's or paying for long term parking.

SENIORS

Are you 65 or over? If you have a valid SuperGold Card, you'll receive a discount.

STUDENTS

Studying? Put your Student ID to use and receive a discounted fare.

CHILDREN

Children receive a discount, and can even travel unaccompanied provided we have all the necessary information.

GROUPS

Book your own charter - or receive a discount when travelling as a group on our standard runs.
