Our expectations from you

1. Please stay in your seat, with your seat belt on, while the vehicle is moving. We want to ensure your safety for the duration of the journey.
2. There's no smoking or vaping any where at any time on board our vehicles. We stop regularly, and hope you will take our rest stops as your opportunity to have a smoke if you need.
3. Please do not take photos, videos, or audio recordings of any staff members, equipment, vehicles, or procedures. 
4. We have a zero alcohol, drug and weapon policy. Absolutely no alcohol, drugs or weapons are to be on board at any time. This includes the stowed luggage area.
5. No anti-social behavior on board. No shouting, being loud, causing a scene, or just generally disturbing other passengers. Just chill out and enjoy the ride. We'll be there soon. 
6. We respect you, so please respect us - including but not limited to our employees, our vehicles and the services we provide.

We're not concerned by your race, colour, or sexuality, your job title, or where you are from and what you believe in. All we believe in is getting you to your destination safely.

No person, or group of persons, shall be discriminated against on the basis of any of the above, or any other feature as classed by law. 

Have a complaint?

If you feel you have been discriminated against by an employee of Catch-a-Bus South for any of the above reasons while travelling with us, we take this very seriously. Please file a written complaint within 30 days of travel. You need to include your name, date and time of travel, and a detailed explanation about what occurred. 

Limited English

When you ride with Catch-a-Bus South, you don't need to be fluent in English. You just need to have your booking confirmation handy so we know who you are, and where you are travelling to.

All the drivers have Google Translate equipped on their phone if required. Please do not take offence if we need to use it - it helps us provide you with a safer journey when we can communicate.
